She doesnt like the scars but i tell her that i dont mind them at all. I wud like to get her scar removal surgery. Please help?
There is no such thing as scar REMOVAL surgery; but there is scar REVISION surgery. Any time a cut is made on the skin that penetrates to the mid-dermis level, you’ll end up with a scar. Some people happen to heal better than others. So, if your wife happens to have had "bad luck" with her healing process, it’s possible that a revised scar, with tension lines going in another direction, might lead to a better outcome. Have her see a good plastic surgeon to discuss this.

And can laser-removal get rid of them completely?
the scars are not bad at all. my scars were barely visible at 10 months after surgery. when i take really hot showers, i can see the pink lines, but other than that, no one looking would notice.
